JDUR you dont know how to calculate shareholders equity do you? It is not negative.

Show me the math? You think market cap less debt equal shareholders equity? WRONG.

Asset Value less all liabilities (including debt) equals book value of equity otherwise known as Shareholder equity. Its like a positive 400mm or something.
