Just cancelled nine lines with Verizon Wireless. Tons of people is going to other carriers. Verizon's network reliability has declined from good to average in the last couple of years while their prices remain above average. Customer service is mediocre at best. Was with Verizon for 7 years.
Expect shockingly bad numbers for the next quarter.
