Nasdaq RED, OCAT RED, LOL !!

Must be all them ole "institutions accumulating" LOL !!!

HOW, HOW exactly is there supposed large net buying, aka "accumulating" supposedly taking place- but the common shares are sitting near 1) Their 52 WEEK LOWS as the markets have raged on in Bull mode 2) The common shares are trading Waaaaaaaay BELOW WHERE THEY DID AS OTC penny stinker shares and 3) The common shares are trading PENNIES from the exact same price they traded at in late year 2010, FIVE FREAKING YEAR LOWS, LOL !! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??????????

MAKES NO SENSE TO ME???? IF there was imaginary "institutional buying" (accumulating it's called I guess) then the shares would have to move UP on the net buying- it's market's 101, supply and demand. Thus, the only logical conclusion is there is a net balance of SELLING OCCURRING, NOT net buying, as the shares are in a DOWN-TREND and have been in a down-trend for a year plus now and are treading water at best, going nowhere, to actually being down and LOSING VALUE if anything, LOL!!

There's no "accumulation" whatever occurring IMO? Where? When? Where's this reflected in the common share price- sitting withing a fraction of where it was in freaking 2010, and near it's 52 week LOWS, NOT 52 week highs which would indicate net buying and price appreciation???

They went and got on the big boy's Nasdaq market- so now they're gonna trade with the indices much more often than not. Bio-tech indices RED, then ole OCAT will likely be RED. Nas has a weak day and the shorts hit it hard, then chances are lil ole OCAT shares will take a beat down too. THAT is how it "works" on the big boy's market where the HFT algos live, the pro hedge boys live and thrive and the indices/indexes rule the trading desks on a day to day and literally often minute by minute basis.

THIS HAS BEEN DEAD MONEY FOR ALL OF 2015 pretty much IMO. It's gone nowhere, other than perhaps DOWN a bit and is BELOW ITS FORMER OTC penny markets price- not even debatable, a simple chart shows that fugly-ugly reality show.

My $4 lousy bucks and small change worth, for whatever it's worth- not even a Taco Bell Burrito Supreme with tax, no nachos and no drink :((
