I remember when you wrote that, I believe my comment was if TRTC is a pump and dump, they are doing it wrong...

1) No endless fluff PR
2) They didn't increase the authorized share count right away
3) The insiders have made sales, but only a small fraction of the P&D tickers

Real P&D's increase the a/s count to say 5 Billion, then they dilute the crap out of it on questionable asset purchases like "Kannacrap", that is a self enrichment pattern...
