Forum question, any response welcome. Didn't we come off gold standard due to not having enough gold to paper, even at 99 to 1? Now people again think gold standard, is there more money needed today with 7.3billion people to run a "world bank", and does this planet have the gold to support a world currency even at 99 to 1?

Sounds like figure 8s to me, leading you back to where you started.
