Lol... Why is it an appeal if they didn't get a fail?? I don't follow you? An appeal would be if the local said it was a fail and Baltia felt it wasn't and went to Washngton to change it. That's not what happened! Local gave their thumbs up as a pass and now the FAA in Washington is making their decision. How is that in anyway an appeal?

I never said anything about Peggy Gilligan! I don't know if that is the lady handling Baltia or not. You are getting people posting here mixed up I think!

And why do you not call? Can't you call Monday and report your findings to this board? You found the info on this lady at the FAA and want others to call for you. Call her and we can hear what you say on Monday!
