Here's our avenues of recourse:
(1) The US Patent Office. Can we find EM-100 there? Know anyone who works there and can browse their files?
(2) Russian business web-sites. I wonder if such a site would post the JV with KSWJ.
(3) How does KSWJ get the money that we invest? Follow that trail. Someone sends the money to KSWJ. Investigate that angle. Discover addresses and names.
(4) The SEC. I wonder if the SEC might slip-up and devulge information that could give us clues. In my discussions with an SEC guy, I felt like he could "crack" had I used the right angle on him. He could get "emotional" on the issue. Hit the right nerve with him and he'd talk. I'm sure. Just enough.
(5) Energomash. Ah, these folks, again.....There has to be an angle that can give us the proper edge on them, forcing them to say just enough....."With your JV with KSWJ and it's EM-100, the American television networks are wondering why Energomash continues to stall with the deployment of the technology in the field, which would help lower the cost of oil. President Bush pondered the same thing. Your response, gentlemen?" Well.....needs a little work, I know......
(6) Who is submitting the PR's for KSWJ? Can we infiltrate the news services to obtain that info? Is there a public paper trail?
