TPNL- this is cheap at current prices IF there are no other shoes to drop.

CFO leaving is addition by subtraction, in my opinion. Not even sure the guy was full-time since he was a partner at a CPA firm as well. Also had a sketchy past.

If the company can continue to make money, there is limited downside and the upside is probably to $1.
