Now there is no doubt that this has been photoshopped, Don't you find it odd that a notary would affirm on an obscure blank page, rather then on the master document itself. It's customary for the notaries affirmation to be placed on the master document next to the signatures, not in some obscure blank page. All the other signatures are on the master document. something is very wrong with this picture.
Furthermore if a notary were to affirm on a separate sheet then the title of the document would appear on that page along with a page number, such as 8 of 8 , 5 of 5. And so on. And then the appropriate signature would be included on that same page. I think all of this is pretty obvious that It's a forgery!!!
