I will lose the $300k, but will sue for my shares and take back the control of the company.

A traded shell with losses of over $10m is worth few hundred thousands. I'll put in a new company that is attractive, or buy the patents back from Annon (leaving me much more than $300k) and continue with Bion as the largest shareholder.

Only time will tell...
