Thanks buddy. I think we all might be surprised when they finally release some information. CBRE might shed some light on the picture. Only my opinion, but I think after the backlash Paul received about the RS, he decided to go dark and let actions speak. I think he knows that if he "reinvents" so to speak, comes through with great news after all of this time, he won't have to RS. The PPS will take care of itself. Hell, just an announcement of no RS would raise the PPS quite a bit IMO.
