That's nice but let me REPEAT:

Not all posts being made as well as PRs are true, that is a FACT.

Examples are, this post is not true:

So far, this company is 100% with their press releases.

...because here is a PR that TBEV did not follow through on:

"Retail production is expected to begin within the next 30 days with a dual coast distribution and delivery to market immediately thereafter."

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/high-performance-beverage-co-completes-124500956.html

"Possibly, we can get an explanation or definition of these alleged fabrications and lies?

I'd like to see some specific examples and not general accusations."

I clearly gave one specific example above.... LOL

This company has done everything they said they were going to do since July.

That's a fact!

JULY??? LOL...LOL...LOL

Not really, that is just an assumption. Example: Where's the proof that $5m equity line is available to the company? I have not seen any actual proof, is there any? Yes, there is a PR but to me that's not good enough. The reason is because I have already provided proof that not all PRs are true.... So where's the $5m proof? TIA

Where is the scam?

I'll tell again about how the scam works because I think that all investors would like to know.

The scam works like this:

------------------------------------------------------------------------
The company gets toxic debt and provided the loaner millions of cheap shares.

The $$ received on those toxic loans is then put into the pockets of the two Bong Brothers (owners of the company).

The Bong Brothers claim that the $$$ are used for business purposes and it is written that way in the financials but in reality the $$$ are just being used for the livelihood of these two, which I might add live the high life.

Then there is a 'mini production' run of product like there is now.

With producing a meager 200k or so bottles the cost for a small production run like this is what, something like $50k or so.

...and that cost is probably being put up by the toxic lender so that it looks like the company is legit which then gets everyone excited and the share price goes up so the toxic lender can start dumping shares and make millions of $$$$.

So for the Bong Bros and the toxic lender it's a win-win event and the losers are shareholders holding the baggage.

It happened a few years back but this time it's occurring on a bigger scale since this time around there is a lot more AS out there.
