Well, Jaymark, if we morph both our musings together




surely we have covered all the angles and / or
expressed all the refinements necessitated by
total inertia and frustration ?!

I do find it hard to believe that we have signed
ourselves into a corner with a potential client or with
clients dealt with on an individual basis...Given the amount of time
given to lawyers etc and re an evolving technology, surely it
was obvious how a small company had to cover every possibility going forward ?

Maybe it is this security of our Tiny Crumb that naturally invites
total conservatism from such a large industry

And would or could competing producers entangle us in any negative
way if each NDA is watertight ?

I just wish we could get the first M & A done so that the Crumb
is bolstered while things take so long.

who knows ? maybe a monster of a deal will squash all such musings

What a relief it will be - like installing a new brain !
