LATEST DUE DILIGENCE>>>>MUST READ


I decided 1 day ago to "request membership" all of the Communities on the SirenGPS app.. I did so because I learned that once a "membership" gets accepted, that community is indeed officially signed up.

Today, I received one "Wecome to the Community" from "City Place 6" St. Louis, MO. You can try it for yourself if you have doubts. All other Communities so far have not accepted. In my opinion, this tells me that they are not "live" at the moment, but are most likely in negotiations.

Now, for the news that almost blew me off my chair. When I was accepted by "City Place 6", I was greeted with this....and I quote, "You've successfully joined the CP6 SirenGPS Community! CBRE is utilizing the SirenGPS emergency communication platform to connect with our tenants in the event of an emergency at City Place 6. We're looking forward to working with you to make City Place 6 a safer place of business." END OF QUOTE.

For those of you that are not familiar with CBRE "CB RICHARD ELLIS" Real Estate Company (which I'm sure all of you have heard of), here is a link to their website http://www.cbre.com
CBRE IS ON THE NYSE AND IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES FIRM. YES, THE WORLD'S LARGEST. I guess at this point, there's not much more to say. Obviously, the potential here is limitless. With SirenGPS having their foot in the door with CBRE, there's no telling what can happen IMO.
