The pain gets worse because once the OS is green lit to 150 million shares, share holder value gets diluted even more and one's break even point gets pushed further away by a factor of 4. Gerald has shown numerous times he has no clue how to create shareholder value. All he knows how to do is destroy it. I am dumbfounded that the BOD continues to support this blundering idiot.
