No one beside company or GC. They can't convert next week if pps stays @.72. Heuh.obvious. they can only convert at 75% of the vwap of last 15 days, which is close to .72. It is just a ploy, a trick..Mark my words. I don't see how they can sell all the shares registered on the S-1 without taking the pps to 0.1. I don't see it. Unless someone comes to the rescue, big pocket or big news. I doubt the later will happen, they would have waited to start dilution. This thing is embarrassing. I have put so many people in ambs, so many family members and coworkers. Here were @ .61-85 cents. I had promised them uplisting and then promise land. It has became a nightmarre , a burden for me. Geez.. All I know now is patience is virtue.
