The problem is that GRCU/LaRoda don't have a licensing agreement with Janie Hendrix or Experience Hendrix.

They represent the Hendrix estate and all licensing has to be approved by Experience Hendrix.

You should go to Pacer and read the court documents.

Leon Hendrix and Pitsicalis had to pay Experience Hendrix damages for trademark infringement.

"As a result of the settlement, which was reached in July, Hendrix Licensing will no longer be allowed to sell items that infringe on the estate's trademark"

There won't be a trademark granted for Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages.
