Lots of brokers will not deal with sub-penny stocks.

Kadlec have you tried Interactive Brokers? They do a little more with penny stocks than most discount brokers. I don't know what they would say about sub-penny if you don't already have an account, but it's worth a call if you have not already tried them.
Good Luck...sorry about how INTK turned out. We have all been burned by these jokers.
