yes peeker I'm sure that you would love to have the people who are extremenly bearish on dialer and friends, (for good reason IMO like as in not publishing share counts or authorizing the TA to do the same, or release certs) have one say, and that's it. No more asking the tough questions.

It would certainly allow the true believers unimpeded access to the uninitiated, the new meat, possibly allowing them to pump even more people into this money pit. Might even give the the opportunity to air their conspiracy theories of naked shorts bloated share counts by illegal and nefarious means rather than the highly probable, completely legal means of printing new shares to sell for working capital.

But then again, if the conspiracy theorists and paid pumpers are allowed to keep on rehashing unlikely and illegal reasons for a CEO to repeatedly disregard shareholder wishes, then I guess the "reasonable" crowd will still have their say, any time they want, as many times as the longs are allowed to.....

that's my opinion

and as long as I'm allowed to, I will continue to ask the difficult questions

why will dialer NOT publish the share counts? Why is the tranfer agent NOT allowed to give shareholders rightful information?
