I must say that the turnout for PPS this year has really been depressing, so far.
I think there has been lack of good management for years now and it all fall back on Solomon not able to sort out numerous of issues.

We got the information on the last cc that Euro China Capital would go to HK to meet up with top-tier financial bankers. FD is not formally a board member yet. How can he execute on bethalf for the company then?!
Is it possible that there is hiccups between S and FD?
