So making up pseudonyms to make a bogus point about GRCU'S recent Jimi Hendrix PR is the latest game. Then I get this message stating "how do we know Cruz has invested cash without audited financials". In the same breath a supposedly definitive statement is made as if fact "GRCU is in the business of selling shares and not products" but the irony is nobody can prove that without those same audited financials. In addition audited financials don't necessarily disclose any more information than unaudited financials. The information on OTCmarkets.com can have the same data as an audited filing if that data is volunteered by GRCU management. The only difference in audited filings is the 3rd party accounting firm verifying and certifying the data provided by the same people supplying it now.
Where is anyone seeing dilution? "Nowhere" is the answer! I want that statement proven for a change! The volume over months doesn't come close to dilution figures at such a low PPS. They would need to dilute 100mm shares @ .0015 just to raise $150K but recent news has shown a cancellation of common shares and preferred as well.
