Are you guys 100% convinced that AS has the money to buyout fund or that a third party has come to the table to buy us out? I cannot imagine Fund having control. I also cannot see Noah not negotiating a deal that takes us completely out. I just thought I'd throw it out there to get your opinion.

I'd love to get Thomas's opinion. I'm going to see if I can get a hold of him via email or phone.
