I do not run the operations or work for the SEC counsel to answer that question. However, no one needs to be concerned about the company being compliant with their SEC requirements. They are very aware of their responsibilities.

I'm sure when all the ancillary parts tied to the financing are completed, they will file their 8k and it will be done in full compliance as a reporting company.
