...a Phase II and a Phase III: meaning they actaully passed a FDA Phase I Trial twice, and a FDA Phase II Trial once:

...anyone else ever see a penny stock let alone subpenny merge with the above?...kinda insane...in a good way.

Biotechs, well as we all know nothing runs like them.....and nothing is valued at multiples so high.....most Biotechs on the Naz from what i have seen over the years, are always in these long Clinical Phase Trial stations: yet they are often valued by the Market at market caps of hundreds of millions of dollars. Especially Phase II and III.

So this is very cool to see one of our subpennys do this....and i see (i went back in this Boards postings history this morning) they have been talking of updating filings...and are now Current with Sec of State....meaning they are in this process.

Great stuff; unusually and abnormally big Biotech stuff happening with VPRO.....dont see this often if ever....subpenny Phase II and Phase III merge in?
