...hello Brotha....interesting VPRO stuff here: merging in LOI with Novarx....and actual biotech that garnered a lot of attention as i see online around 2006 to 2013 before their FDA failure two years ago w Phase III results (which if you read the results they seem pretty good compared to control group).

BUT, they did pass Phase II FDA trials.....so i cant think of a time when a PHase II FDA approved company merged with a subpenny stock.

Phase II biotechs on Naz as we know are often in the hundreds of million dollar market cap. IF as they say in the PR they can get this merge done, just the valuation of a Phase II FDA approved biotech is big....and they claim that there were some errors done by the Eastern Europe clinics where the Phase III trial was done.....so that leaves the door open for still possible Phase III approval down the road.

As we know...the multiples and valuations on Phase-Anything in biotechs is huge. This is less then a penny lol...should be an interesting new hot biotech ticker now...thats for sure.
