I'm not sure this is a bad thing either. 12mil dilution to be ready for a potential 100x multiple is market cap? Seems like a good move. That would bring us to 92 mil common share?

If the dilution is gonna hurt your book value, then sell at the bid this morning. $2.50.

But the market investors may see this deal as one step back one hundred steps forward.
