Heard on the CBc radio this morning Aphria is planning on building 5 acres of green houses and hiring 100 people, 20 for each green house the minute legalization happens. canopy is ahead of that game, but still may not be enough. That might explain the bought deal. LP's are scrambling to be ready for the November liberal throne speach
