What part of the process was covered by the patent? Was it burning the biomass to create the syngas, or creating the urea out of the syngas? If I'm right, and there really is some sort of partnership between BION and AGC, all may not be lost for BION investors. AGC has the ability to create syngas from biomass, so if that's the part BION had the patent for....problem solved. If the patent was for creating the urea from the syngas, aren't there other companies with a process to do that BION could use? AGC already creates products used in fertilizer, why not urea? If there is a partnership, there could still be urea fertilizer created from biomass.
