SORRY but i just dobt see this CMR in any dsus filings PLEAE HELP ME as i m doing DD

link please to CMR and DSUS

You don't see anything in any DSUS "filings" because they have no filings. They have, however, issued numerous press releases, the first one of which specifically thanked CM Research, LLC and stated they were "key in facilitating this action."

Kerry Thacker, one of the two principals of CMR, also hosted the first conference call, which was restricted to those who provided their contact information but was later made public on You Tube. Many shareholders know that Kerry was also the person who has handled the distribution of the paper certificates representing the Series C preferred shares since the shares were first announced under the PVEC name and continued to do so after the name change to Drone Services USA, Inc. (DSUS) and new BOD.

Jason Baker, the other principal of CMR, registered the dsusa.us website showing CMR as the original registrant although the registration information was later changed to reflect Drone Services as the registrant. For the first few months after the DSUS website was launched, there was a linked statement that the site was maintained by CM Research.

As you requested, below an official document (news release) citing the relationship between CMR and DSUS. The source link follows the quoted news release.
