Have no position here anymore but... never, never, never "believe in Rico". Investors are his pawns. Trickery is his game. I'm still blown away he is not in jail by now. Smh. The trails always leads back to him and his circle. The people he does business with are either in a similar position as himself or looking to find a way out of their own money troubles. He is not by any means interested in building value for investors. The only value he wants and needs is faith from investors to bring share price up to always dilute it down or to enable him to payoff current loans.

He makes money and yes a hefty penny by selling shares in companies that at first look like they have potential. Whether they succeed or not he wins. He will and has always dangled carrots in front of investors with big news, mergers, and deals with companies that either never heard of him or are in on his agenda. The business don't succeed, and most of the time that was never the main goal.

It's sad, some will continue to give him more and more chances... Many haven't followed his ventures over the years so you can't blame them for having some faith in what always looks like a massive valuation to be... But there will always be the sudden road block every time that puts an end to the the plan in motion. Rico and co. are always "disappointed", apologize to investors, takes his share selling $$$ made and moves on to the next scheme.
