The 10Q filing is still late, not matter what time is "allowed" by the SEC.

Just like the fact that Andy did not file the NV papers when they were due.

I posted that information but it seemed to not matter to investors. "No big deal"

But then again how much more bad news can there be for investors.

Investors have been screwed since the annual filing for NV wasn't done. That was when the writing was really on the wall for DOMK.

And, of course, all the splits that Andy did in 2014....

That was amazing but it appeared that it wasn't a big deal, either.
