They have consistently received financing all year (every month?) but many fear it's just to keep the lights on and pay their hefty salaries.

All of the big ticket items they mentioned in January have not materialized and their filings have said, "no significant purchase agreements have been received to date nor are they expected."

They even name dropped the name of the Mexican government official who was in charge of Rutas Unidas and overseeing the implementation of Hydroplants there.
