Phosphatidylserine (PS)-targeting antibodies have demonstrated the ability to override tumor immune suppression and reactivate immune responses when combined with immunotherapies, chemotherapies, radiation, and targeted treatments. Recent translational data demonstrate the potential of PS-targeting antibodies to mediate immune activation and improved anti-tumor responses in low PD-L1 tumor samples.
