Could management of ERHC feel that they could not validate Message Board Chatter about KABOOM, Big Jane, her source, Deal on block 11 in EEZ, etc? I do know they monitor the MB's and are very dismissive of the thoughts and opinions expressed there.

Could it be the best way to prevent those from coming true is to just not reveal the amount of the sale of the asset? After all if it is just one of the steps required to get to a buy in buy out and the plan has been put into effect, what difference does it make?
