If I understand your question correctly, the answer is yes.
However, even if there are those who are buying and holding but
VELA just keeps increasing the OS, aka DILUTION, the pps will remain stagnant. There is also the question of what IRONRIDGE is doing. If they are dumping every chance that they get, the pps will stay where it is.
Of course, the VELA silence doesn't help. If Alvarez has anything going on he should say so publicly along with stating the current OS. Apparently the Alvarez, Family and Friends have given up and no longer care or they simply have run out of BS.
p.s. I do not expect that Alvarez will file SEC again. jmo
