Ok John. Lets make this issue clear for many of us.
Ethic does play an important role in many correspondences I send over the web. A person who asked me to not disclose their name came with solution to rise up my question through the IR email of PLUG Power site.
I accepted this person approach and sent the question directly through IR including Andy Marsh. What I can say for sure that due to my experience with IR team there were 3 times of 5 where IR responded and provided answers to my posts.

Here is a transcript: Dear company / Mr Andy Marsh
" I've been with company over 4 and 1/2 years. I invested in the early days of 2011. Watching the price has deteriorated over this period of time actually made my investment worthless and raised up an question - What have done to tackle down this situation ?

Please don't understand me incorrectly. I'm not talking about earnings and missing expectations. I'm talking about short selling which has dominated for the recent years and continue to hit the price of shares again and again.

How does company allows criminals to manipulate investors money ???
