Hi Frank,

I hope you're having a great day. Thanks again for answering my earlier questions. I just had a few more questions:

1. I am quite heavily invested (several million shares) with your company along with other shareholders and we are getting quite concerned with the continuous drop in the share price. What are your thoughts on that and what is your level of confidence that this drop is only temporary and we will see gradual increase in PPS soon?

[Frank] As I see L2 during the last few weeks, I see a constant group of day traders bringing it down and then selling on the up tick. I'm very sure you see the same thing. I wish I had control of this, but we don't. The only way to get out of this revolving door syndrome is to have more long term investors. We are being manipulated by a same group of day traders.

2. I understand that you don't plan to do a shares buyback so that the company has the ability to make acquisitions in the future with authorized shares. Given that there are revenue streams coming in, wouldn't it make sense to start relying more on growing revenues for future acquisitions? In addition, a shares buyback program that brings back the number of issued and outstanding shares down in the millions (and no longer over a billion) will definitely increase your PPS. I believe an increased PPS will also benefit future acquisition plans since each share will have more buying power.

[Frank] We have some plans, that unfortunately I can not get into detail at the moment concerning acquisitions & true buybacks, not a Pinkie CEO PR Stunt, additionally all profits go back into purchasing inventory, for resale. The heart of the company is SALES....

3. I wanted to make sure I understand the history of your company correctly. I had thought that you had acquired Santo Mining several months ago, but I read on an investor's forum that you actually have been running essentially the same company (i.e. all the same operations) but under a different name and ticker symbol. It seems that it was really only an acquisition of the Santo Mining name and ticker symbol, is that correct?

[Frank] My private company Cathay Cigars of Asia was reversed into Santo Mining Corp., its all evident in the 8-K filed in April of 2015, you can see the filling on the SEC website. You seem like a savvy investor and individual, you should not take any value in what investors forums like "iHub" say or post.

4. When will the official name change (and ticker change) to Cathay Cigars take place?

[Frank] We are focusing on all the financials, disclosure statements, material information and attorney letter to make the company OTC Current. Once this is done we will file a name change in Tallahassee and the request a symbol change with FINRA.

Please note that, as long as I believe in your company and its great prospects, I will remain a long investor. I plan to hold onto my shares and watch its value grow as your company proves its leadership in the cigars market and expands its market share. I'm just looking for peace of mind that your company is doing right by serious investors who want to believe in the great future of Cathay Cigars.

[Frank] I thank you for being an investor of company and not a Day Trader. We will continue to grow the company and focus on creating value for your shareholders.

Thank you in advance for your insights.

Kind regards,
Xxxxxx
