Primary founder, President and CEO of iPoint-media, Muki Geller, has brought the depth of his know-how and experience in customer interaction management and video applications, together with the founders of iPoint-media to develop the world's first IP Video Call Center for Deutsche Telecom. iPoint-media is located in Tel Aviv with a European customer support center located in the Netherlands. Its shareholders are the Israel-based Nisko Group, NeoMedia Technologies, Cornell Capital and iPoint-media employees.
