Pay attention to highlighted words: The last PR was partially helpful because share price has slightly went down.
Can't disclose the name of a person who was in contact with me due to the ethic rules, but somebody answered my email that they are tired to see deliberate activity of "selling shorts" because it doesn't reflect the real value of PPS. The last PR have been targeted to rise an question up what will be the next step to tackle down a short selling.
Despite Q3 results will be announced soon, there is another action will probably have taken to make the position of the company completely clear toward organizations or individuals.
