In case anybody is interested in plowing through it, here are more of my notes from the CC. A lot of it is information we've known for a while, but there may be something in there that you have forgotten or missed during the CC. Please correct me if I've made any mistakes.

The CyberTracker and it’s Applications:

80% Computer w/ processor, linux operating system
20% Tracker
It’s an intelligent device, not a dumb box. It can simply be a tracker, and remember it is portable w/a battery. No one else has this.
Streaming video availability for a school bus, direct voice communication, tell when the doors are open etc.
~If it can be measured electronically, it can be monitored by the CT.
~You can know when a police car lights come on, or if the air bags deploy etc.
~You get a base unit but you can add different components for example: I/O controller can monitor when doors are open, water pressure, oxygen levels. There are sensors out there that can monitor those things and the CT can process and send that data back to you.
~For example a school bus – You can wirelessly update the cybertracker by plugging it in and update java applications to the CT.
~The CT can monitor location, fuel level, temperature, hours in use etc.

-Jablon cut Ian off mid-sentence here-

~Motorola is using the CT to show the roubustness of their I.O. 204.

~Arcom is the manufacturing partner. They produce the CT.

~IBM – New relationship for software and sales opportunities.

~ActSoft provides the software for the visual tracking of the CT on a map. Process the data that’s returned from the CT to determine stops, breadcrumb tracking etc. Had some interesting sales opportunities in combining the camera with the CT.

~ActSoft continuing strategic relationship. Currently have 12 reps out selling the product including the CT. Often have customers looking for hard mount piece of software, especially school buses.

~ActSoft received pmt from FEMA for their debris removal trucks.

~At this time they are postponing merger negotiations. Develop a stronger business relationship. Down the road we will explore merger opportunities with HISC.

~CyberShield – Prevents glass from breaking. Good for hurricanes, safety for gov’t and private buildings.

~Wicks – Evans Systems dividend. No HISS assets will go to Evans for the immediate future. Evans will be a separate company with a different strategic goals. Evans received comments on it’s 14C filing which caused it to delay restructuring, so BOD decided to delay the record date to July 27.

~Revenues: Several important factors to consider…company is relatively new and it’s difficult to accurately forcast. Sitting on a large number of orders.

~Goal is to uplist to NASDAQ or higher in the future.

~HISC is very likely an acquisition candidate at some time.

~Currently have relationships with several IDEN carriers in the world, eg. Sprint/Nextel in U.S., Telis in Canada, Express in Jordan, Nextel international is evaluating the CT for Mexico and South America.
~On the GSM side HISS is currently working with Cingular AT&T in the U.S., Rogers in Canada, Orange(?) and O2(?) in the European Union, and Alpha and SBC(?) in the Mid-East.

The reason HISS has developed so many relationships with carriers is that the CT won’t work unless it’s approved to be on other people’s networks. For example, GSM is available in 170 countries throughout the world and has 2 billion subscribers…that’s a lot of sales.
