- Edible Garden being a profitable non-cannabis entity within the business?

- Edible Garden being in over 1800 retailers nationwide including Walmart?

- Imminent legalization of recreational marijuana nationwide on the horizon?


Each one of these facts alone is worth upwards of .50+ cents

The fact and reason we are currently at .10 cents is SIMPLY because of prior equity financing the company needed. Which has finished minus the last 5% discount (which is almost nothing) from Magna which is to build out the Nevada cannabis facilities.


So what's fabricated? There is nothing fabricated about a shareholder who does her homework and posts the FACTS.
