On September 11, 2015, Stragenics, Inc., (the “Company”) filed with the Secretary of State of Florida to amended its Articles of Incorporation (the ”Amendment”) to increase the total authorized shares of common stock, par value $.0001 (“Common Stock”) from 900,000,000 shares to 3,500,000,000. The Company received verification from the Secretary of State on September 18, 2015.
