The timing is certainly suspect.
Yes it is almost like when the IR person from pphm allegedly told a shareholder that pphm was pulling out of a conference for family personal reasons. Two weeks later the tainted trial data was announced. Go figure.
So the ASTRO conference is finished and even though Steven King talked about it during the shareholders meeting, and even though they have PR'd previous poster presentations and even though this was listed as a milestone on the slide, PPHM doesn't put a PR out. No wonder SK has no credibility. Shareholders are still waiting for the HCV data that was to be presented at a major conference in 2012. If the data was nothing to crow about it then you don't mention it as a milestone or you have to be credible and release all data regardless of the outcome. End of quarter coming so what PR will the company come up with to sell some ATM shares? 22 months into BAVI and even though in a sidebar mgmt supposedly says they have seen nothing like BAVI (PUF), mgmt still sells ATM shares near record lows and still refuse to invest their own money. FACTS are FACTS and the rest is PUF! Next! All imo.
