LOL answering a question with a question. Umm Baltia is the one who has shareholders to answer to. Baltia is the one diluting its stock. Baltia is the one with a crashing pps. Baltia is the one who failed 7 minis....etc...etc. Its always some excuse with this failure of a company. How about actual accomplishing a task? Fire someone already. How inept can you possibly be? Phase three should never have dragged on this long.. Are they doing this on purpose?
