Nice post Ranger...I wasn't doubting its a nice building but wasn't sure about the size of the meeting room....looks like it can handle up to 100 or so....that should be enough for their first shareholder meeting.

I agree with Karen in that it seems like its mostly more a compliance issue for up listing and having it during the 2015 calendar year otherwise I would've waited until next spring/summer...wont be pretty if we're still under $1.30...unless they are very confidant of a major catalyst coming "soon".
