Refuse to pay emv/nfc-implant(potential terrorist).Allow goberment to pay get emv/nfc-implant(goberment appoints its self fiduciary over you). If you can pay you will use emv/nfc to pay. Not going to happen today or tomorrow. but very very soon 2018? (fed budget starts Oct. 2017)
