You don't know that and You sound like a short. Clearly you have no idea how big of a cash cow this company is. I was at the event they threw, look it up YouTube tomorrowworld. I think they did 2x their market cap in revenues in 4 nights. If you think they would sell this at .50 for way less than a 100mm cap you are smoking glue
