"TALK merger announced and 8K filled and time set before 12/15 however merger could be completed any day before above date!! 8K filled mean is official.

Looks like many of us don't realize how huge this merger will be and with 1.8B shares and how high it can go. My answer is a penny at least!!! Why let me explain:

September 28, 2015 TALK announced to Acquire /merge/ United Mobile Solutions Corp

UMS is a holding company with several subsidiaries:, International Touch Point, LLC ("ITP"), United Prepaid, LLC ("United Prepaid") and United Mobile Solutions, LLC d/b/a CPD MOBILE. ITP was formed in 2014 to provide refurbishment and quality control operation in Dallas, TX. Refurbishment offers the opportunity to develop gross margins in excess of 30%, while providing an additional inventory flow for UMS and its family of companies

Now we know CPD Mobile is subsidiary of UMS and real deal is here guys

United Mobile Solutions Corp and CPD Mobile have same addresses, we want to see that!!

DALLAS, February 19th, 2014 /Dallas Business Journal/ -- Atlanta-based telecom firm CPD Mobile plans to relocate its headquarters to Dallas, with many of its employees making the move with the wireless equipment company.

Along with relocating the majority of its 47 employees, CPD Mobile plans to add another 12 people this year after the company moves into its temporary offices at 8330 LBJ Freeway. The telecom company is currently looking at real estate for a larger, permanent corporate office in Dallas.
