Chart technicals only mean something if it supports the position of the person spouting off at the mouth. If it does't support said position then we resort to "it's the OTC, anything can happen" or "with only x shares traded daily the charts don't mean anything". I've seen it time and time again.

People are indeed interesting creatures.
