REVO directors have abandoned their other shareholders.

According to the company's most vocal spokesman:

REVO Management has told me... There will be NO PRs or Public Statements (10K-10Q) until the 211 is released and the TIER UPGRADE is complete....

That is a clear admission that shareholders have been abandoned.

There will be no PRs or public statements, because no market maker will make a 211 filing, no accredited auditors will accept appointment, and there will be no tier upgrade.
